Convert a simple PHP website to the Laravel framework

I have a simple website written in PHP. Need it converted to the Laravel framework.

The site consists of less than 15 pages and the pages are static.

I do NOT need the email processing part of the “Contact Us” form converted to Laravel.

The server is hosted on AWS Lightsail. I will provide you with access to a new instance to use as well as the original (php) instance.

Very small budget project.
