I need a few custom Elementor Widgets for a project

I have a webpage that needs to use a text path that will autoscroll, If you look at the image, the text should autoscroll along the path. I tried using CSS, but was unable to make it work. Is there someone who can make this happen. I also have another project if this one is done correctly
