I want an experienced IOS App Developer who can help me to upload my rejected app on appstore.

I have created an IOS app of Dating application with some design modifications. I tried to 4 times with doing minor changes in IOS App Design but Apple is rejecting my app everytime.

I want to appeal or solution to these problem at earliest.

Just need an approval from Apple Appstore for my IOS App.
