Computer Architecture Project

I am looking for a freelancer who specializes in computer architecture. My project focuses on designing a 8-bit programable CPU architecture with 11 instructions, 16-bit fixed-length instruction, and 8-bit general-purpose registers from R0 to R7. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

1.Design a CPU architecture using Logisim simulator.
2. Design the instruction set, including the opcode, operand, and addressing mode for each
instruction.
3. Implement the CPU with eight general-purpose registers and the two status flags, Z and C.
4. Implement the addressing modes, including immediate, register, and direct addressing modes.
