Predict labels for dogs and cats in Phyton

I am looking for a Python developer who can help me predict labels for dogs and cats. I will provide a pre-existing dataset for training the model. The ideal candidate should have experience with deep learning based models. The model should be accurate between 80-90%. For data I can share google drive link
