Add Chrome Extension Feature to Search for PDF Files on the Internet

I am looking for a skilled developer to add a Chrome extension feature that will allow me to search for PDF files on the internet using Google. The extension should display results within the existing Chrome extension application. It should only search for free PDF files. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing Chrome extensions and be familiar with Google’s search engine.
