Looking For a Medical Virtual Assistant !

We are looking for someone to work full time (40 hours a week ) or part time (20 hours a week) to do:

ALL DIRECT MESSAGES WILL BE IGNORED

1. Medical Filing for notes/ appointments
2. Take care of Faxes for filing
3. Calling patients to remind them about their appointment
4. taking care of doctors Electronic medical records
5. Calling patients to book based on doctor;s memos
6. And MANY Many More

Qualifications
1. Must be able to speak english
2. Have medical field background
3. Must be comfortable with working at 6AM PST all the way through 5PM PST (Hours will vary but this is just an example. Typical hours are 9AM-4PM PST or 9-5EST )
4. Must have a computer and can install time tracking apps like timely- MUST HAVE a WEB CAM
5. MOST IMPORTANTLY, you must COPY PASTE this following sentence to qualify in your proposal:
“I AM EXCITED TO BE YOUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT”

6. The above sentence is to filter out auto apply. Not having the copy paste will make me hide you proposal. BECASUSE I will constantly be looking my proposals

What we look for in your proposal
1. The copy paste of the sentence
2. acknowledgement that you will be interviewed for this position using a working web cam
3. Must have an updated resume during the interview.

Freelancer will be used to pay for your hourly rate but main communication after hiring will be through microsoft teams as we need something faster.
