I would like to hire a software developer (python) for a project open for long term if everything goes well.

Project description :
There’s an open source github repo that I will be sharing once the project is granted, what I would need is :
1- documentation on the installation process
2- documentation to the architecture used
3- an installation recorded demo
4- a walkthrough the project in a meeting
