2d animation creator

I am looking for a 2d animation creator who can produce a cartoon-style animation for educational purposes. The animation should be between 1-3 minutes in length. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging and visually appealing animations, with a strong understanding of character design and storytelling. The animation should effectively convey the educational message and captivate the audience’s attention. Knowledge of animation software such as Adobe Animate or Toon Boom Harmony is preferred. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team are also essential.
