TEXAS STAMPED PLANS: Engineered foundation for small 187 sf addition

We need stamped plans for a few small addition areas to our house in Texas. We have a current pier and beam home and will be adding some stem walls for the new additions. Current stem walls are planned on being 28-30 inches with 16 exposed/ above grade.
