Business Plan ~ Blueberry Farm

I need a research-oriented business plan researched & written for a blueberry farm in Ontario, Canada

This will involve contacting local companies to determine the cost of drilling a well of the size and capacity required, research how much water would be needed to irrigate the property, irrigation system options, and costs.

Research of costs for soil inputs ( mulch, ground cover, etc) based on local companies’ prices.

The research will be based on published university extension research and translated into local pricing.

I need financial projections to take to a lender based on your research and the numbers that I provide you with so that I can take the business plan to a lender or bank
