Need to integrate Recharge API

I am looking for someone who is having knowledge to implement Pay2All Recharge API with PayUMoney Payment Gateway. this is small task if you can do it successfully then we will continue with other works as well.

Note: I already have website, one developer worked on it but he fail to manage things properly as per my requirement.
