Php Laravel project

I’m looking for an experienced PHP developer to create a web application for me. The application will be built using the Laravel framework and will be deployed in a cloud hosting environment. I need it to have features such as user authentication and payment gateway, so the developer should have experience in integrating these types of features. Furthermore, I have some special requirements for the cloud hosting, so the developer should be able to accommodate these as well.
