I have code and would like modifications

I’m looking for an experienced developer to help modify my code. The code is written in Laravel web programming language
and the Flutter API and I know exactly what I want it to do, with an estimate of how long it should take. The person I am looking for should be knowledgeable in the language to make the necessary changes quickly, efficiently and effectively. I welcome any creative input from the applicant and will be open to suggestions on the best way to achieve the desired outcomes.
The code is enabled on VPS server with Ubuntu(20.4)
The applications are uploaded to the platforms and the application is currently running

Additions to the code and linking it to the control panel:
1 – Making each country have an independent panel with the same characteristics and characteristics of the main panel of the code and adding powers to serve customers
2 – Adding a feature for the captain to specify the distance that he wishes to receive requests from the application directly
