Outlook plugin remove Logo from PDF

I need to develop a custom Outlook plugin that can remove an existing logo, Copyrights, Companytext from PDF files permanently. Going beyond just a one-time solution, the plugin should be able to automatically detect and remove the logo from all PDF files that are sent. This needs to be done without a manual intervention. The plugin should have the capability to recognize the logo, name, text and replace it with an empty space. Long term, the plugin should be able to adjust to changes in the logo or any relevant changes needed in the future. The plugin should also be able to apply updates so it can stay up to date with any recent changes that have been made.
