make this file as plain text in word, without lines and alinea's so i can rewrite

I have a document I need to have changed from its current format into a plain text document, without any images added during the conversion process. Additionally, while converting, I do not want the formatting to remain untouched. I would like to have the document converted as a plain text document in Word, without any lines or alinea’s, so that I can rewrite it.
