Data Mining- Extracting contact details of doctors clinic/hospitals in India

I am looking for a freelancer to mine data to extract the contact details of Indian doctors and hospital businesses for marketing purposes. Specifically, I need their business address. I do have a list of doctors/hospitals and thus want someone to extract the contact details from this list for me. Once the data is collected it will be used for marketing efforts. The successful result should be all the business address for each doctor and hospital, as defined in my list. I also need personal contact details of the doctors or the decision makers/CEOs of hospitals.
