create a web service to integrate 2 DB of restaurant Kiosk and restaurant point of sale

I am looking for a freelancer to create a web service that will integrate two databases of restaurant Kiosk and restaurant point of sale. The databases I need to be integrated are MySQL, so no additional features or services will be included in the web service. I do not require hosting for the web service either. Instead, I am looking for a solution that will integrate the existing databases seamlessly, so that all the data is up-to-date. The successful freelancer should be able to make this integration easy to use and as efficient as possible.
