Here is some idea of story that i created for a yt video
Title: “Facing Our Emotional Demons: A
Journey to Self-Acceptance”
Opening shot of a person sitting alone in a dimly lit room, looking pensive and anxious.
Narration: “We all have demons. Those deep-seated emotional struggles that seem to haunt us at every turn. Maybe it’s anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or something else entirely. But the one thing we all have in common is the fear of facing them head-on.”
Cut to footage of different people going about their daily lives, but with a look of inner turmoil and distress on their faces.
Narration: “t’s easy to ignore our emotional issues and pretend they don’t exist. We distract ourselves with work, hobbies, or social media, hoping that if we keep busy enough, the demons will stay at bay. But the truth is, they never really go away. They just keep lurking in the shadows, waiting to pounce when we least expect it.”

Cut to a therapist’s office, where the person from the opening shot is talking with a therapist.
Narration: “But what if we faced our demons head-on? What if we had the courage to look deep within ourselves and confront the things that scare us the
most?”
Therapist: “Tell me more about what youte feeling right now.”
Person: “| just feel so overwhelmed. Like I’m not good enough, and I’ll never be able to overcome my anxiety.”
