offline project management calendar

I contract live audio recording services for various clients, primarily for music education. The next season begins in the Fall of 2023. I would like to have the calendar functional by August 2023. But, I do not want to be in a hurry. During the project, we may find additional functions that could be helpful. Budget is limited. So there may be a time when we have to have a functional calendar, then add more functionality later as funds become available

I need a calendar for managing multiple events with multiple subcontractors (1-3). I need to be able to view and print in calendar form. I also need to be able to sort via the various contractors and clients.

I would like to be able to view and print:
Each subcontractors assignments in calendar form.
Each client’s events in calendar form.
Master calendar.

I would like to be able to alter the master calendar and have each entry “ripple” the changes to the other calendars.

We will likely need to discuss how this will function. But, I am open to suggestions. We can assign contractors and clients numbers if needed. We can use something other than a calendar format to enter and change the data.
