Instagram & facebook followers

This project is for an existing business with the purpose of acquiring new followers, in a range of 1,000-5,000. This project will involve growing a business’s Instagram & Facebook presence. I’m looking for a reliable expert who can achieve this goal, ensuring a customer base that is engaged to help grow my business. The right person must be able to create, manage and appropriately time posts, identify popular trends, and effectively interact with followers to create a positive relationship. Additionally, they should be able to properly use hashtags, lead potential followers to the business page, and track performance metrics.
