Looking for computer vision expert to guide me in image segmentation

I am looking for an experienced computer vision expert to help me with image segmentation in a data analysis environment. The images that I wish to process are synthetic, and I need help with semantic segmentation specifically. A good understanding of deep learning and data improvements is preferred. If you have previous experience in this area and can provide comprehensive guidance to help me achieve my goals, please get in touch. I need someone to guide me, first give idea how to approach the problem and then guide me how to solve it. The goal is to do segmentation of the forest. In your bid please propose what approach you would propose for me + sample data that we can work with. Finally I will have 3D forest representation, but can do 2D mapping.
