Virtual assistant on calls

Hello! We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to handle video calls with a customer. We will provide simple and detailed instructions on what to do. During the call, your responsibility will be to check that the requested steps are followed by the customer, discuss with them, and advise them. After each call, I request several sentence notes.

The project is part-time, we had occasional calls once per 1-2 weeks and we pay a fixed price for each call.
