Layout for Land

I’m looking for a talented and experienced designer to create a layout design for land. This layout will be used by real Estate Developers, so it needs to be of the highest standard. Specifically, I’m looking for a 2D plan, 3D rendering, and a landscaping design. Additionally, I need to feature specific objects in the layout design —it’s a must. If you have the necessary skills, please contact me. Thank you! I have attached a sample for reference. I need the plan almost the same but professionally refined.

INTERNAL ROAD:-
30 Feet Wide Road on the North Side of the Property. Out of the 30 Feet marked for road the following is the breakdown
1) 5 Feet of Landscaping (Treeline) on North Side
2) 20 Feet Wide Paved Road
3) 5 Feet of Footpath

PLOTS:-
Each plot needs to be a rectangular plot of 72′ x 150′ (Plus or minus) totalling to 1200 Sq Yards per plot. The last plot can be a little bit bigger if possible

3D RENDERING REQUIREMENTS:-
1) Need 3-4 Renders (Plot Render, Road View Render, Ariel View Render and Entrance Render) (Examples below)
2) Each plot need to have a boundary wall of its own
3) There need to be trees and plantations in common areas and along the road
