Ecommerce website on Grocery selling

I’m looking for a skilled freelancer to help build an ecommerce website for grocery selling. The chosen freelancer must have experience and knowledge in developing web platforms for ecommerce purposes. The type of payment I need is Cash on Delivery. Furthermore, I require a shopping cart feature incorporated into the website as it is a necessary component for ecommerce. Although my ecommerce website will contain inventory, I do not require an inventory tracking feature.
