simple shop in laravel or php mysql with mollie api and paypal

I am looking to create a simple shop using Laravel or PHP MySQL, with Mollie API and PayPal payment options. This project is for a new enterprise starting up, so it needs to be done quickly and efficiently. Therefore, I need the shop to be developed as soon as possible. It must accept both Mollie and PayPal payments, so that customers have multiple options when checking out.
