Build a label for a 100 ml beauty glas jar and a a logo for the jar's cap.

I need a graphic designer to create a label design. I do not posess 100 % of the information for the label , some details will be added later (ex : EAN). I also need a logo for the jar’s cap, maybe we will create nice logo to engrave on the wooden cap.
The jar’s logo will have to be in .pdf or .ai extension saved. The exact dimensions I will give it to you after I will decide with whom I will make a deal.
I will upload three pictures with the jar .
