Convert (mp3 to mp4) and scrolling lyrics to video song 2

There are 15 songs in my collection that are about 4 minutes long and are MP3 files. I need to convert to MP4 file with the song scrolling across the screen as the song plays. I will provide music files (MP3) and word docs with the lyrics.
