Android and IOS app — 2

My company requires 1 mobile application and its related admin panel and client/partner side. The app is expected to be launched in different countries. Android & iOS apps are required & must strictly be developed in the native language. It is a location-based app that connects users with local merchants offering discounts on activities, goods, travels, hotels, restaurants, and many categories, etc. It will be like a Groupon app/ website. Please download the app or refer the website.

The admin panel and client/partner side should be capable of avoiding any conversation between us and our partners. That means all the details including, payments pending, analytics, campaign management (one-time campaign or recurring campaign), etc. all should be done through the web-based platform.

The below needs to be developed

Android/tablet app for customers only (Business user access as well to edit campaigns)
iPhone/ iPad app for customers only (Business user access as well to edit campaigns)
Web admin panel for shop owners with only one shop and many shops
Super admin panel for me

Also, User experience is a very important aspect of this project. We are looking for someone who can give a top-notch design.
