Android App Native (JAVA) for google health vitals

I am seeking an expert developer to create an Android native (JAVA) app to support Google Health Vitals. This app will run exclusively on the Android platform, and Display data in table format.

Below are the requirements.

Connect to google account and get the health vitals stored in google account. Ex.
Heart Rate
Step count
And other data too.

Show all the vital data in the app home page.
Display records in tabular format. No need to save any data.
