Video editing

I am looking for an experienced video editor to help me with a project. The project involves editing of existing videos in MP4 format, and I would like use Adobe Premiere Pro for the software. I need someone who is highly proficient in the software, and has experience in editing videos. The video editor should also have a great eye for detail and be able to adhere to tight deadlines.
