Need a logo and banner i will provide the design 10$ highest for the project

I am looking for help creating a logo and banner for my business. The chosen format for the logo should be PNG and it will be used both for web and print applications. I have already designed the logo, but need help creating it in the chosen format. I am also including my company’s tagline with the logo.
