Cutting Optimisation in Excel

We are looking for an experienced Excel VBA developper to create a Cutting stock optimisation Macro in excel.

The goal of the project is to develop an efficient algorithm that sorts and maximizes the uses of our stock based on parts required.

The objective is to take in data on Line 10.
Sort the parts in order to maximize the bars (220)
Output data on line 17 to 47.

There are special parts that need to be marked as special after the output.

The algorithm should handle up to 30 full bars or up to 150 parts.

I want the code to run on one click of a button.
