We want to create an NFT that serves as both a utility and governance token, facilitating payments and transfers within our platform. The primary function of the NFT is to represent unique, non-fungible assets, such as digital art pieces or collectibles.

In addition to the NFT, we want to create a token that serves as both a utility and governance token. This token will facilitate payments and transfers within our platform, and NFT holders will receive this token as one of the benefits of holding the NFT.

We plan to use the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). I will also need help with the Tokenmics.
