build an application (android and iphone)

The app is to listen to the user reading Quran verse(s) in Arabic after the user states which verses he is going to read, and the app will tell (in audio and text) the mistakes the user made , and well tell him (in Audio and text) the correct way to read them (in Tajweed rules) .

please I must see some samples before agreement. The cost for the project is not what is stated here, but it’s flexible. There must be an agreed upon deadline.
