iOS Photobooth App development

We require a photobooth app that can take photos using an external USB camera and feed them into an iPad Gen6 device. The software should process the images and add a customised border for printing on two USB printers, either a normal film printer or a Polaroid Instax printer.
After taking the photos, they should be saved on a website, and a specific link can be shared with the guests or the event organiser. The photo borders will include a QR code that, when scanned, will provide a downloadable copy of the photo to their phone or device.
Furthermore, the app should have an optional feature that allows guests to pay for prints or additional prints, depending on which package is selected for the photobooth.
