Android App – Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Scanner only

I have an android device and the SDK.
I need by pressing a specific button of the device to start scanning for Wi-fi networks and Bluetooth devices and list their names / mac address and the signal strength indicator . No further actions required, like connecting and communication with those networks. Just scan and list them. Attached are some pictures just as reference
