Designer to build a new website design HTML pages with logo

I’m looking for a professional UI/web designer/developer who can design a website for the toilet search portal. This is a new upcoming website so I need an HTML design with a logo to suit the name and purpose.

Designers need to ensure the website is responsive and optimized for all devices, including mobile and desktop, and follows the latest design trends, web technologies, and best practices of the web.

About website:

– Website name – “Toiletsnearme”
– Portal/website to search nearby toilets, all over the world (initially site will start in phases with selected cities in the UK)
– User can search by entering keyword, address, or postcode
– Upon search user will able to see a list of toilets on the map or list view and show all amenities/facilities of that toilet location, user can filter results
– Record should have location images, facilities details, timing, price, contact details, etc
– Users can add toilet locations or they can also report any problem with the listed toilet location
– User can rate toilet location, post feedback

Requirements:

– Design should be very user-friendly and appealing
– Create a logo for the website
– Create design and provide HTML pages for same, pages should include homepage, listing, details page, search page, 404, and other common pages
– At end of the project developer should provide all logo & website PSD, fonts, HTML pages, and logos in all formats.
– Should use meaningful and unique icons and design
