Azure Devops – Sonar scanner msbuild

We are having issue with sonar scanner, it’s unable to analyse the C sharp code. We see empty reports in the sonarqube site.
We are building the scanner via azure devops, person with good understanding should only bid.
Payment would be done after the problem is resolved.
