Site is not working on certain computers – PHP + PostGrl

Hi there,

Our site is working on certains computers, but not others.
So I believe its a version/compatibility issue…
Our site is working on PHP7 and PostgreSQL 9.4 and maybe some stuffs arent working well with some browsers ?
See images attached : bug (we can’t login), and functionning images : when its working on different computers).

HERE ARE THE 3 MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES WE NEED TO FIX :
1) Login does not work anymore (on most computers).
2) GOOGLE MAP IS NOT DISPLAYING ANYMORE (on most computers)
3) Boxes to select datas are not showing anymore in menus “module graphique” et “accès aux données” (this can be seen only after connexion).

As you will work on a dev server, you need to write down every steps you do to solve these issues so we can reproduce it on the official server. You should not touch the official site.
Only send the fixes that work on the dev server.
