Social Media Expert for Vacation Rentals – Cancun

Hello. I am looking for an expert to establish and manage social media presence for my vacation rentals in Cancun. The goal is to drive traffic to my website to convert direct bookings to my website, as opposed to getting bookings on Airbnb, Booking.com, etc. Hospitality experience a plus.
• Create social media accounts on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook
• Gain and increase followers – customers, influencers, etc.
• Create engaging content (work with owner) – hashtags, blog posts, videos, images, events
• Monitor activity and respond accordingly (working with owner on responses)
• Measure results through reporting
• Develop a plan for ads on social media (work with owner)
• Recommendations for customer engagement – once someone already has a reservation

I will provide you with photography, images, descriptions, blog posts, ad content and responses for interaction.

My goal is to obtain 30% of all reservations directly through my website, instead of booking sites in first 6 months.

Looking for your recommendation on the frequency of posts, content, etc to obtain this goal.

We own four condos in the same building in Cancun, right in the heart of the hotel zone and on the beach. The properties are very successful on booking sites but the fees are very high for both me and customers. By booking directly on my site, the customer saves up to 40% off their total booking costs.
