Creating conscious Androids with strong AI

I’m looking for experts in the development of Artificial Intelligence

I have a project about creating some androids with a strong artificial intelligence that could do everything a human could do, the ideia would be that this robots could develop human behaviors like love, kindness among other things.
I would like to try to develop androids that could be like family to me, with feelings, emotions amoung other things
I just wonder if this could this be possibe to achieve by the 2030s? Could anyone help me please?
