invoicing program

I need an java script program that is collecting data from an form that will look like an invoice, and collets data to a spreadsheet in drive. The form should be able to have a button for (save&print) a button for email the invoice (if customer email is present), a button for access a folder (like spreadsheet) to view data and be able to download invoice (pdf format). The form will be linked to a google account that will have a domain name associated, and able to be accessed from a google site. The little javascript should be customizable .
