Polish translators required for Transcription projects

Hi,

We have a requirement for Polish to English Transcribers who can provide a quality service at good rates.
The work will be done online on google doc. and the timestamp will already be mentioned in the file, so only the translation needs to be done in English.
The output required is only English transcript with the time stamp mentioned at every 1 minute.

Please let me know the following:
1) Please let us know how many minutes could you translate/transcribe into English within the deadline of 6 hours.
2) How many years of experience do you have in Polish to English transcription/ and translation?
3) How much accuracy can you assure?
4) Are you available to start immediately?
5) Do you commit not to use any automated tool for transcription/translation?
6) What will be your best per minute of video charges? (The job budget given is just a mandatory placeholder field).
7) What are your availability hours (India time)?
8) What is your typing speed?

This work is from our regular project and we are looking for a long long term cooperation.

Note: Google or machine translation would be outrightly rejected.
