patent issue..Intellectual Property — 2

Good Morning
هi would you do every things from A to Z till the patent issued. ( Idea, write the template, reply to USPOT if we need ….. etc.)
I’m looking to do more than one patent if you have an idea about any patent in medical, health, computer, technology, aviation. Or any specialty you have some idea about it we can discuss it before you begin.
I need this patent to get points in my work then get a promotion. So I don’t care how is the patent worth or important …… I need the patent certificate only to get the points.
I do not care about is it applicable to manufactured or buyable.
Again what I need (patent number from USPOT)
if you guarantee the patent will issued we can add the last payment after issue.
