Bookmark Manager

Looking for an experienced software developer to build a Bookmarks Management Systemr. The system will enable users to manage and organize their bookmarks and web data. The developer will be responsible for designing and implementing the data gathering scripts, creating the database schema, and developing the web application user interface. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and database management is required. Experience with UI/UX design is a plus. Looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can work collaboratively with a team and deliver a high-quality product on time and within budget.

The primary goal of this project is to create a system that allows me to easily store, browse, search, and categorize my bookmarks and web pages. I would also like the ability to edit and annotate the content, add notes and comments, and categorize bookmarks using a drag-and-drop interface.
