Email template design

I want to work with you regarding the design of templates for sending mailing campaigns. We use the Mautic system to send mailing lists.

– We may need 3-5 designs per month.
– It should also support Arabic with RTL, and English with LTR.
– The design should be light, we do not need a lot of pictures.
– It should also support smartphones.
– Others, we will discuss together

I would like to know if you are able to design with coding, as well as give us our own price to deal continuously.
