I am looking for a Facebook Ads pro, whether an individual or an agency, to help us continue the fantastic momentum we have gained by starting a campaign (but unfortunately, it did not work out with the other provider) and seeing incredible results from it.

We are UK based marketing agency and are scaling fast.

I am open to several possibilities:

1, You are an individual with an incredible engineering brain, able to do amazing things on the science / data part of Meta ads (Instagram and Facebook), but not necessarily creative / good with content and copy.

2, You are an individual with a solid understanding of the creatives, content and the data side

3, You have a team of people that make up the data science and creative/content aspects, but we will communicate with only one (agency based)

I have a budget for this and would like to change the daily allowance up or down based on how busy we become in a given period.

The reason we are open to number 1 is that we have copy and creatives and can easily produce more.

I am open to hourly or monthly fee, dependent on the scope, which is…

– Set up and manage our ads daily, ensuring we spend optimally
– Help create a funnel beyond more than just a form that gets filled in. We have done that, and most people don’t book a call, 50% ghost, and the lead quality is overall very low. I am open to clickfunnels or other
– Help to set up the systems to allow us to auto-email them at the stages of filling in a form and booking a call, whether plugging into our current CRM (pipedrive), or other at a low cost for tech (inc wistia for a thank you video)
– Screen the leads based on size and other important metrics – even if a lead attends, they are too small to afford our services most of the time, and we can’t generate any increase in revenue for them.

I’m looking to start investing in ads pretty quickly, w/c 13th or 20th March, once we have a funnel and automated emails in place and firing, so that gives us 2-3 weeks to set up the systems, and have the copy/videos in place for a landing page etc.
