Flappy Bird Pixel Art Game

I am looking for a quote on a browser based flappy bird style game.

Details of Brief:
– Built in Unity
– I will supply animated sprites and background artwork. NOTE: If you are a pixel artist, this is a bonus because you can help me with this.
– Simple side scroller mechanic (like flappy bird).
– 480×270 (16:9) resolution with 32 bit sprites
– Parallax moving background, I will provide different layers
– Must connect to a server to send the finished score value (highscore) Using Playfab or similar.
– Please see references for style.
– There will be simple object to collect for powerups.
– Very basic enemy movements (mainly the game is to avoid objects, like flappy bird)
