Website/MVP re: WordPress for a Community & Marketplace Sustaibility Project

Hello, looking for an experienced WordPress person for a workable website to act as an MVP (Minimal Viable Product) for an online project.

We would like to use this WordPress Theme (KLEO Theme) (already purchased) because it is a Pro Community Focused, Multi-Purpose BuddyPress Theme. (If you have another suggestion, happy to hear it)

I require help loading the theme in my cPanel/dashboard for the domain and setting it up with other additional items in WordPress.

I wish to include the integration of these features where possible. Some items listed below are already included in the theme. Just need an experienced person who can organize them to look good.

Key areas.

**Community – Create a look and functionality similar to Facebook and should also include the setup of Groups
**Marketplace. – Set up a Multi-Vendor marketplace using the Dokan Plugin with some custom modifications.
– WooCommerce – Ability for users to sell products and services through the site. (Similar to what an Amazon or eBay Store might be.)

I wish to include a directory plugin for the users/businesses or organizations only users searches. (geo-mapping) (if possible)

– Have a chatbot for messaging between users and within groups, along with private messaging between users.
– User Registration – Register by using either Facebook, LinkedIn, Google..etc profiles or create a new profile.
– Features to include, file uploading, pictures, documents (pdf), excel & word files. (if Possible)
– Membership Levels – Free, Basic, Premium..etc. (Admin can adjust at any time)
– Mapping feature – To identify the general location of the user.

Wish to keep it simple right now so please outline what features will work best. Based on quotes we will decide what features to include or remove.

Please supply examples of work done, if you have done something similar. (i.e. social media, community, marketplace)

Bonus if your examples showcase experience setting up KLEO.
